    What payment methods do you accept?

    We offer a variety of online payment methods to ensure our customers can place orders with ease.

    Where is my refund?

    We aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

    Ordering and Delivery

    Can I place an order without creating an account?

    Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, creating an account allows you to track your order, order history, and earn cashback on your purchases. It’s quick, easy, and free to create an account. 

    Where is my order confirmation?

    This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at contact@brightamos.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

    Why has my order been canceled?

    We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

    How do I cancel my order?

    There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via contact@brightamos.com we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

    Can I alter my order?

    Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online or contact us right away and we may be able to change your order if it hasn't been processed.

    When will my order arrive?

    Orders that require shipping within the U.S. will be delivered within 3 to 6 days. Shipping to countries outside of the U.S. may take up to 10- 14 days. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status. Your account makes it easy to keep track of all your orders.

    What countries do you ship to?

    How much is shipping?

    Shipping costs depend on the item you’ve ordered and the country where it’s being delivered.

    All shipments within the contiguous USA are free, delivered within 3-6 working days. Hawaii and Alaska may take up to 14 days.

    All international orders are 30+ for the most accurate shipping options please enter your zip code into our checkout. Expected shipping in 10-14 business days.

    Can I track my order?

    Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online. We may ship items separately in the event of one or more of the items being delayed.

    Returns

    Can I return the product if I no longer want it?

    We want all our customers to enjoy their products so if you’re not happy with your order then you can send it back to us. All we ask is that you let us know that you don’t want the order within 30 days of receipt and make sure the products have not been opened, damaged, unused, and contained in their original packaging.

     

     

    How do I return an item?

    Please contact our Customer Service team to arrange your return. We will need to know your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for return. Upon receipt of these details, we will provide you with all the necessary information to arrange the return.

    If you request a replacement and the product is no longer available, we will process a refund back to the original account used to purchase the item.

    Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please, therefore, ensure that you send your item back to us using a delivery service that insures you of the value of the goods.

    Will you refund my postage costs to return an item?

    We are more than happy to refund postage costs to return an item where the return is required due to our error. For instance:

    -If we sent you the wrong item

    -If the item is damaged or faulty

    We will not refund postage costs to return items that are unwanted or no longer required. These costs will need to be covered by you, again we recommend using a delivery service that insures you of the value of the goods. 

    What should I do if my item is damaged?

    Although we take care to prevent any damage to your goods during transit it is possible that problems may arise. Please accept our apologies if you have received a damaged item. We ask that you do not refuse delivery, instead accept the goods and contact us immediately. Refusal may actually result in a delay in the parcel being returned.

    You can contact us through our online message center. Please attach any pictures you have of the damage to the message. A member of our team will review the details and offer the best resolution to resolve your query.

    How long does it take to return an item?

    This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. We aim to process refunds within three days after receiving the item into our warehouse, but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.

    What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

    We have high standards when it comes to packaging your order however mistakes, do occur from time to time. Please accept our apologies if you have received an incorrect item. As part of our customer objectives, we will do our utmost to resolve your query with speed, ease, and with absolute minimal inconvenience. We will review each case individually when considering the return of the product; in some cases, we may require further information such as pictures so we can choose the best course of action. Our aim is to provide the best solution for you as quickly as possible.
