  • What is your return policy?

    We stand by our products and want you to enjoy them. If you decide to return your item, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened products. Return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.

    We do not accept opened or used products for sanitary and safety reasons. If opened, only defective products will be accepted for exchange.

    Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first, or your exchange will not be processed. Please contact us at contact@brightamos.com for any return assistance with your order information and thorough details of what you are experiencing with the product. We will assist you with troubleshooting, and if necessary replace the item entirely.

  • Shipping & Delivery

    We offer free ground shipping on all orders within the United States. Delivered within 3-6 working days.

    Hawaii and Alaska may take up to 14 days.

    International orders-expected shipping is 10-14 business days.

    Order tracking

    When your order leaves our warehouse, we send you an automated shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number with a designated carrier. You can also track your order on our tracking page. However, please allow up to 24 hours after receiving the email for information to become available.
